I was hired by Andreea to help identify the space from which she will be able to create the greatest synergy with her coaching clients; and to develop a website to communicate the frame from which she will approach her coaching relationships.

Entering the cut-throat, high-pressured world of commission-only sales from a very young age out of necessity, Andreea is all about adaptability and a tenacious perseverance in the face of stress and uncertainty. Without resorting to trite positivity, hers is a never-say-done mindset borne from a deep understanding and nimbleness to pivot, change and evolve.

It was her personal journey by way of a tragedy that found her embarking on a Masters in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, with the aim to help others going through the debilitating turmoil of grief.

Having fearlessly embraced all the challenges that is life, she has come out the other side stronger, wiser, more generous and deeply nuanced. She amped up. And that’s where we developed her brand - AMP Coaching, which by a stroke of luck, were also her initials.
